Under the leadership of the supervisor observe the rules and regulations and carry out the logistics, timely appropriate to meet customer demand. Guide training subordinates, improve the efficiency of the employees, and meet the demand of the logistics operation to ensure internal and external users.

Performance Expectations

·           Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements in Linamar’s geographic locations in China and:

·         Support, Foster, Promote and Demonstrate Linamar’s Core Values and Leadership Behaviors

·         Maintain balance between customer, employee and financial satisfaction by maximizing facility/department Performance Indicators to align to Linamar’s Stepping Stool of Success Strategy

·         Strict compliance with HSE requirements put an end to insecurity, according to the definition of risk points, to conduct periodic security checks, in particular the daily inspection of forklift safety instruction

·         Keeping all manufacturing and shipping and receiving areas organized. Responsible for implementing internal control inventory management, loading and unloading procedure inspection team meets the requirements

·         Involved in monitoring and pull the production materials and auxiliary materials to ensure normal production requirements

·         According to the properties of the material safe storage of the goods

·         Ensure first in first out

·         Participate in the static and dynamic inventory of materials, tools to ensure a uniform zhang card content

·         Monitoring and auditing regional 5S management. Making sure all the areas inside and outside the plant are clean and organized at any time

·         Responsible for guiding and training subordinates operating ability

·         Responsible for putting  forward effective suggestion Ｏn rational management for the warehouse

·         保证所有生产、出货和收货区域的条理性.负责贯彻存货内控管理，检查班组出入库手续是否符合要求

·         参与监控与拉动生产材料，辅料确保生产正常需求

·         根据物料的特性安全存放货物

·         保证先进先出

·         参与物料、器具的静态和动态盘点，确保账卡物一致

·         跟踪和审核管理区域内的现场5S，时刻保持工厂内外的干净和条理性

·         负责指导与培训下属员工的操作能力

·         有责任对仓库管理提出合理化建议

Credentials

·         Minimum technical secondary school.

·         Fork Lift background - can be licensed.

·         Warehouse management experience

·         中专以上学历

·         必须具备叉车证

·         具备仓库管理经验
