Organize and manage documentation of production and maintenance. Coordinate production/ maintenance activities with other departments.

Performance Expectations
• Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements in Linamar’s geographic locations in China and:
• The Global Operating System Plays
• ISO 45001 Health and Safety management System standard
• ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standard
• IATF 16949/ ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard
• Linamar Technical Specification Management & Quality Basics System standards
• Support, Foster, Promote and Demonstrate Linamar’s Core Values and Leadership Behaviors
• Organize and manage Production Dept. Documentation
• Assistant to trace Production Schedule
• Assistant trace OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) status of production line and report timely
• Trace the suggestions from production team
• Coordinate Production Dept. activities with other Dept. such as 5S, monthly inventory account and material flow, etc.
• Trace and maintain training status for production team and communicate with HR to arrange training schedule
• Trace the attendance of production line and submit the report to Accounting per required

• 根据要求提供产线考勤给财务部门
Credentials
• Bachelor Degree
• Must be computer literate
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a technical field
• 本科学历
• 必须具备电脑操作方面的技能
• 至少具备技术领域两年以上的相关经验

• Ability to meet, realize and support customers’ product requirements, implement the knowledge of operation system and specific requirement
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Professional qualification certificate will be preferred
• Basic English communication in written and spoken will be preferred
