• Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements in Linamar’s geographic locations in China and:

• The Global Operating System Plays

• ISO 45001 Health and Safety management System standard

• ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standard

• IATF 16949/ ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard

• Linamar Technical Specification Management & Quality Basics System standards

• Support, Foster, Promote and Demonstrate Linamar’s Core Values and Leadership Behaviors

• Coordinate EHS monthly safety inspection and response for action tracking

• Coordinate work related injuries investment and complete the report & response for action tracking

• Complete monthly EHS report per the requested by Corporate

• Editor Safety Training material and provide related trainings to new hires to minimum injury risks

• Complete the analysis of the causes of complex security incidents and develop the action guide

• Build and optimize company’s security management system

• According to the monthly report of the security analysis, put forward proposals Ｏn safety management to POC. The proposal should balance the safety hazards and safety management costs

• Weekly PPE (Personal Protection Equipment) check and highlight

• EHS related internal and external audit coordinator

• Fire fighting system management and coordination

• Ensure PPE, Work uniforms, Safety shoes & uniform cabinet are all distributed timely for the new hire

• Production Safety report Ｏnto Customer Focus board by weekly

• Monthly Safety report to Corporate

• Finish other tasks assigned by superior

• 编辑安全培训材料，为新员工提供相关的培训，使伤害最小化

• 完成对复杂安全事故的原因分析和制定行动指南

• 构建和优化公司安全管理体系

• 根据每月的安全报告进行分析，向管理层提出安全管理的建议。该建议要平衡安全隐患的伤害和安全管理的成本

• 每周检查并标识PPE（个人安全防护设备）佩戴情况

• EHS相关内外部审核协调

• 消防系统管理和协调

• 确保PPE、工作服、安全鞋及更衣柜均及时分发给新员工

• 每周在客户关注白板上张贴安全报告

• 每月向集团汇报安全报告

• 完成上级交给的其它任务

• Bachelor degree in EHS Management or EHS related discipline or equivalent experience

• Ability to meet, realize and support customers’ product requirements, implement the knowledge of operation system and specific requirement

• Minimum 3 years related experience

• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Communication and coordination skills

• EHS管理本科及以上学厉或EHS相关专业，或有相类似的工作经验

• 具备满足、实现、支持客户产品并实现运行体系及特殊要求的技能知识

• 3年以上相关工作经验

• 具备职业健康安全相关知识

• 具有团队合作意识与能力

• Professional qualification certificate will be preferred

• Ability to communicate in English both oral and written
