根据维修保养计划实时准备模具进行保养，准备工作包括拆卸模具零件和清理模具零件。

Check the components of the die and find out the Ｏne that has quality issue and replace it with tool spare part.

检查模具零部件的状态并根据实际情况更换模具备件。

Feedback the tool issues to leader and make good record for both replacement tool spare parts and the tool issues.

及时反馈模具问题，并做好模具备件更换记录和模具问题记录。

Using precision machines in a proper way and keeping them in a good status.

合理使用并维护模具部门的机加工设备和常用工具。

Keeping tool spare parts warehouse in order.

保持模具备件库整洁。

Keep working place and tools in order.

保持工作区域和工具整齐有序

Keep shop floor 6S in good condition.

保证车间达到6S标准

2. Competency rules / 任职要求

- 中专或技校以上学历，模具或机械类专业优先；

-2023年毕业生，可接受企业实习，可提供三方协议；

- 熟悉使用普通车床，铣床、磨床等机加工设备；

- 能独立维修、保养模具并认真记录技术信息；

- 有良好的团队合作精神，能吃苦耐劳，工作责任心强；
