售后技术服务工程师

SUMMARY

Responsible for the installation and commissioning of the welding machine equipment sold to customers, train company staff, train the customer's staff, solve the customer's problems and provide the after-sales service of the welder. Administer and maintain the show room and equipment .Maintain and coordinate customer relationship to meet customer's internal needs. This position requires extensive contact with Sales Manager, customer service and sales office and sales supervisor.

概述：

负责安装和调试公司销售给客户的焊机设备，培训公司技术人员，培训客户的员工，解决客户的问题和提供焊机的售后服务。管理维护公司展房及所属设备；管理维护施工所属设备及附件。维护和协调客户关系，满足客户的内部需要。此职位需要和销售经理，客服和销售内勤，销售主管进行广泛的接触。

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

主要职责：其它工作任务也可能被分配

1.       Responsible for after-sales service, including equipment installation, commissioning, training, etc .;

负责售后服务工作，包含设备的安装、调试、培训等；

2.       Plan and deal with customer maintenance plan;

规划并处理客户的维保计划；

3.       Regularly do technical reports, and analyze the problems of the product to classify and handle;

定期做技术报告，并对产品出现的问题进行分析归类并作处理；

4.       Capable of doing any job responsibility designated by the management in accordance to his work;

能够根据其工作接受管理人员分配的其他任何工作；

Job Requirements Includes not limited to the following.

岗位要求：包括不仅限于以下

1.       Bachelor degree or above;

本科以上学历；

2.       Electrical, machinery, automation and other related majors;

电气、机械、自动化等相关专业；

3.       Skilled in using office software, English level 4 or above, can carry out simple communication and writing;

熟练使用办公软件，英语四级以上，能够进行简单沟通和书写；

4.       Strong hands-on ability, strong learning ability, strong communication skills, and hard work, hard work;

动手能力强，学习能力强，沟通能力强，具备灵活处理问题的能力，吃苦耐劳；

5.       Extensive travelling is required and must be willing to relocate;

需要经常的出差，愿意接受工作地点的调动；

6.       Work schedule will include variable working hours;

工作时间为弹性工时；
