General Description:
Handle and forward calling and accommodate guest visiting. Provide facility and HR support to the management team.
Key Accountabilities:
Be responsible for accommodating guest visiting;
Be responsible for facility maintenance in the lobby;
Be responsible for tea room supply near lobby;
Be responsible for arrangement of all express;
Provide support to regular meeting;
Be responsible for maintenance of attendance Record;
Provide support to recruiting and training;
Deal with other HR manager assigned task.
Qualifications & Requirements:
University graduate;
Good spoken and written English;
Good spirit of customer service;
Good communication skills and coordination skills;
Highly proficient in using MS office tool;
Good time management and able to handle multi-tasks well ;
Work independently with team spirit.
