In this supervisor position, the individual would need to develop, implement and evaluate human resources and employee relations policies, programs and procedures and advise HR manager On related matters. Assist in maintaining positive employee relations. Actively involved in staffing, benefits, and orientation, training, compensation and employee relations.
人力资源主管需要制定,实施和评估人力资源和员工关系政策,程序和流程,并给予人力资源经理相关事务方面的建议。协助维护积极的员工关系。积极参与人员、福利、定位、培训、薪酬及员工关系事宜。


Performance Expectations

• Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements in Linamar’s geographic locations in China and :
• The Global Operating System Plays
• ISO 45001 Health and Safety management System standard
• ISO 14001 Environmental Management System standard
• IATF 16949/ ISO 9001 Quality Management System standard
• Linamar Technical Specification Management & Quality Basics System standards
• Support, Foster, Promote and Demonstrate Linamar’s Core Values and Leadership Behaviors
• Assist HR manager to set up & implement approved HR policies and procedures, ensure all the daily procedures comply with up to date HR policies & procedures
• Be Responsible for employee relationship management, organize employee communication meeting and deal with employee disciplinary affairs and related litigation.
• Advise HR manager and employees On the interpretation of personnel policies, compensation and benefit programs and employee agreements.
• Play a key role in organizing and coordinating employee communication sessions, outing, recreation activities and company annual functions.
• Assists HRM in special projects and other assignments whenever required.
• Ensure employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner
• Responsible for maintaining/updating employee payroll records and general ledger accounts
• Ensures proper process of monthly bonus rate change and evaluations
• Circulates payroll reports to HR Manager for verification and calculates incentive payments for the monthly payroll report, files all payroll reports
• Maintains and updates payroll system
• Ensure employees’ social benefit and housing fund payment are paid in a timely and accurate manner, make sure pass the Social Benefit & Housing Fund audit
• Ensure submit HR manager the latest government policy and regulation
• Assist HR manager to perform annual budget for personnel cost
• Participate yearly salary survey, perform data analysis, general compensation competitive analysis and wage matrix
• Provide professional proposal for regular/irregular salary adjustment; offer to new hires and various individual cases, e.g. promotion, internal transfer, termination
• Arrange and track the Employees’ probation appraisal and Non-Star employees’ performance appraisal. Prepare the related materials for each department manager One month in advance
• Manage attendance record and prepare attendance report accurately and in time
• Arrange Internal Promotion and Transfer, arrange to issue and sign the related files
• Process agency employee transferring into Linamar employee
• Handle employee On-board and exit process, in charge of employee social insurance issue(Employment injury Insurance, Medical Insurance, Maternity Insurance)
• Update the relevant information in Info HR system the moment staff information changing

• 负责员工关系管理,组织员工沟通大会,员工违纪处理和先关诉讼事宜。
• 在人事政策、薪酬和福利项目和员工的协议等发面为人事经理和员工提供建议。
• 公司的沟通活动,旅游活动或其它重大年度活动中起到重要作用。
• 协助人事经理处理特别的项目或在需要的时候处理其它工作任务
• 确保员工工资及时准确支付
• 负责维护/更新员工薪资记录和总账记录
• 确保月度奖金正确计算和预测
• 有合适的流程确保每月奖金比例变化和评估的合理性
• 定期提交薪资及奖金计算报告给人力资源经理进行确认,并存档所有薪资报告
• 维护薪资系统,更新相关信息
• 确保员工社保和公积金及时准确地支付以及应对社保和公积金审核
• 及时向人力资源经理提供各类最新的政府政策及法律法规
• 协助人力资源经理完成年度人力预算和成本
• 参与年度薪资调研,完成数据分析和薪酬竞争力分析报告及薪酬架构
• 如在新员工雇佣、内部提升,内部转岗,协议解除等情况下,对于常规/非常规的调薪提供各类专业建议
• 每月A类员工(未进Star系统)绩效考核追踪,试用期考核追踪。提前一个月将评估资料递交至各部门经理处
• 每周产线考勤审核,并准时汇总每月考勤报告,确保考勤数据统计和计算的准确性
• 员工内部提拔、转岗文件发布与签署
• 劳务派遣工的转正事宜
• 员工入离职手续以及社会保险相关内容(工伤,生育,医疗)的办理
• 随时对HCM/Gaia等员工的信息进行更新


Credentials

• Bachelor degree in a field related to personnel management
• Human Resource Management and China Labor Law is required
• Ability to meet, realize and support customers’ product requirements, implement the knowledge of operation system and specific requirement
• 3 to 5 years working experience in Human Resources, familiar with all function in HR field
• Must be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge of current Employment Legislation including China Labor Law, Occupational Health and Safety regulation
• 人事管理等相关专业的本科学历并拥有学士学位
• 具备人力资源管理基础知识,熟知中国人民共和国劳动法
• 具备满足、实现、支持客户产品并实现运行体系及特殊要求的技能
• 3-5年人力资源管理经验,熟悉人力资源所有模块
• 必须对劳动法和职业健康安全法十分了解
