设备装配主管

Key responsibilities:

主要职责：

1.Take charge of filling machine project. Responsible for project planning, coordination, control and production order fulfillment to meet the quality and delivery requirement

负责项目计划、协调、控制及生产订单完成，以满足产品质量及交货期的要求

2.Coordinate internal team members to support maintenance department engineering project for assembly and other jobs as required.

根据工作需要协调团队成员为维修工程部门的工程项目提供组装或其他相关支持

3.Design and optimize the mechanical assembly process, control quality, improve productivity, and control cost

负责机械装配工艺的设计及优化，控制质量，提升效率，管控成本

4.Provide technical support to the team members for mechanical assembly

负责生产过程中机械设备组装技术支持

5.Cooperate with HQ to finish filling machine upgrade and technical support for localization

与总部合作完成灌装设备的升级改造及本地化技术支持

5.internal training for new knowledge of the filling machine

罐装设备新知识工厂内部培训

6.Other tasks assigned by the upper manager

完成上级领导安排的临时性工作

Qualification requirements:

任职要求：

EDUCATION: Bachelor degree above in mechanical major

教育程度: 机械专业本科及以上学历

WORKING EXPERIENCE:

5 years above experiences in machine assembly, commissioning, and trouble shooting ，project management experience.

工作经验: 5年以上机械设备组装、调试及问题解决相关工作经验, 项目管理经验

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:

Proficient in mechanical design, assembly processing, and commissioning / experienced in CAD software and office software. Good English skills in reading and writing.

专业知识、技能:

精通机械设计、装配工艺及调试，熟练运用绘图软件及OFFICE办公软件，良好的英文读写能力
